Celebrate Illinois
Logotype, thematic banners and commemorative poster for a governor's inaugural celebration. The custom illustrations showcased some of Illinois' more famous contributions to American culture including Radio Flyer, Hostess and John Deere farm equipment. The project was under an extremely tight timeline with all creative, conception to completion, delivered within a work week.
After project wrap, I extended the illustration style into a children's concept book aiming to teach my future kids about color. My current kids sometimes select it for story time before bed.
