Formalizing reliability across a global staff
BP, a global provider of energy, has operations in nearly 80 countries. Introducing a new, company-wide protocol to all refinery staff posed a major challenge. BP International engaged MK Creative to create a visual identity and formalize their Global Reliability Improvement Program (GRIP), a program aimed at improving efficiency and safety across their fleet of refineries.
We worked closely with the BP team to develop a visual identity, including a family of icons that could be universally understood across their international staff. Corresponding user guides and presentation decks were designed to accompany each procedural element. The protocol’s identity fit neatly within BP’s existing brand guidelines and was smartly organized for swift implementation by leadership and staff.
